Market desirability, business viability and technical feasibility for a telehealth service
Overview
IC Health’s number one client was considering developing a telehealth service to complement a new self-injection device used towards the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
Execution
My task was to help IC Health demonstrate the technical feasibility, business viability and market desirability of the new proposed service. I issued an informal RFP to technology vendors in the telehealth space and took their consolidated responses, in combination with thorough secondary research, and synthesized them into an informative report containing recommendations that addressed key risks and opportunities.
Results
IC Health delivered the comprehensive feasibility report and the client has since decided to move forward with the service.
